Cause:
The program name and/or path are incorrectly entered, or the file is located in a path name that contains a space in the name of one of the parent folders. Even though the folder name is valid and accepted by Windows 95, this is a problem. This is a bug in Windows 95.
Solution:
Do one of the following:
1) Move the file to a path name that does not contain spaces.
2) Rename the parent directory to a name that does not contain spaces.
